Our Ethical, Social and Environmental Responsibility Charter

Ethical, Social and Environmental Responsibility – Fekra Global Services follows the following guidelines in its conduct.

The concern for sustainability and societal responsibility for sustainable development is a natural extension of Fekra Global Services’ values.

Fekra Global Services’ sustainable development policy covers all actions that contribute to the Group’s economic development, being:

  • respectful of the people it employs through decent working conditions, the development of employees’ skills and employability, non-discrimination and respect for the principles of fairness;
  • beneficial for its clients with a goal of excellence in its projects every day;
  • concerned about the environment by limiting polluting impacts and the removal of natural resources;
  • attentive to the human communities with which it interacts through actions to help people in difficulty, by preserving employment areas where the Group operates.

Fekra Global Services’ approach aims to reconcile economic efficiency, social equity and respect for the environment. It is a progress and continuous improvement approach.

Fekra Global Services, signatory of the United Nations Global Compact

The Group joined the UN Global Compact in 2016 and supports through this commitment the 10 principles of the Global Compact about human rights, labour, environment, and corruption. These principles are in line with the Group’s values and fundamentals. Through this membership, Fekra Global Services is committed to promoting the principles of the Global Compact within its sphere of influence. Therefore, Fekra Global Services encourages its employees and suppliers to respect these principles.

As a continuation of its Ethical, Societal and Environmental commitment, Fekra Global Services joined, in 2016, the Global Compact initiative launched by Kofi Annan, Secretary-General of the United Nations, to federate enterprises, public organizations and civil society around ten principles that can contribute to a more sustainable and open economy.
